ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE
In our fast-paced world filled with challenges and uncertainties, it is easy to feel overwhelmed by the impossibilities that surround us. We face situations that seem insurmountable, dreams that feel unattainable, and burdens that weigh heavy on our hearts. Yet, in the midst of our struggles, we are reminded of a profound truth: “With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible” (Mark 10:27).
This promise from Jesus is a beacon of hope for every believer. It calls us to shift our perspective from what we can see—our limitations and fears—to what God can do. The disciples had just witnessed the rich young ruler walk away from Jesus, and they were astonished by His words about the difficulty for the wealthy to enter the kingdom of God. In this moment of despair, Jesus reassures them that while human effort may fail, divine intervention can make the impossible possible.
Consider the areas of your life where you feel stuck. Is it a broken relationship, a career path that feels blocked, or a personal dream that seems out of reach? Jesus invites us to bring these impossibilities before Him. When we rely solely on our own strength, we may encounter walls that seem impenetrable. However, when we invite God into our circumstances, we open the door to miraculous possibilities.
Reflect on the stories of biblical figures like Moses, who felt inadequate to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, or David, who faced the giant Goliath with nothing but a sling and a stone. Neither of these men had the resources or the skills to accomplish what God called them to do. Yet, they learned to trust in God’s power, not their own, and witnessed the extraordinary unfold through their faith.
Today, let us take a moment to assess where we need to invoke God’s power in our lives. What dreams or goals have you set aside because they seemed impossible? What fears are holding you back from stepping out in faith? Remember, with God, all things are possible.
As you go about your day, ask yourself:
1. What is one area of my life where I need to invite God’s possibility?
2. How can I shift my focus from my limitations to God’s ability?
3. Who can I encourage today to trust in God’s power for the impossible?
Embrace the truth that with God, nothing is too difficult. Let this promise transform your perspective, fueling your faith and igniting hope. Step forward, knowing that the One who created the universe is more than capable of handling your challenges. With God, all things are possible!
